Shipping Information

We ship our premium tableware collections worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas) with the same care we put into crafting each piece.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

Should you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve designed this process to be as seamless and refined as our Churchill Alchemy line.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of most products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Churchill Melamine products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-ordered Churchill China collections
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return & Exchange Process

We’ve designed our return process with the same attention to detail found in our Churchill Alchemy line:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package Your Return

Pack your items with the same care we use when shipping our Churchill Stonecast Accents:

  • Use original packaging whenever possible
  • Include all original paperwork and accessories
  • Securely seal the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and indicate your desired replacement item. We’ll process your exchange with the same precision we apply to our Churchill Bulb Monochrome China production:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product from our Churchill Bamboo China or any other collection, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement with the same efficiency we apply to our commercial-grade Churchill Buckingham service.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Returns must include all original documentation
